Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Medusa piece. If for any reason it isn’t right for you, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:

Unworn and unused

In its original packaging

In resaleable condition

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

This allows us to maintain fair pricing while continuing to invest in quality craftsmanship and thoughtful design. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
