We work with international production partners to craft and dispatch your pieces.

All duties and taxes are included in the final checkout price — customers will not be charged additional fees upon delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Medusa piece. If for any reason it isn’t right for you, we accept UK returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:

Unworn and unused

In its original packaging

In resaleable condition

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We do not offer exchanges. All returns must be processed as a return and repurchase.

This allows us to maintain fair pricing while continuing to invest in quality craftsmanship and thoughtful design. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

International Orders

Due to the high cost of international shipping and customs handling, international orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds for change of mind.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo or video evidence so we can arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.
